Michelle May, M.D., a physician and recovered yoyo dieter, is the founder of the proven Am I Hungry?® Mindful Eating Workshops. She is the award-winning author of Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat: How to Break Your Eat-Repent-Repeat Cycle. Dr. May advises organizations and inspires audiences to adopt sustainable, healthy lifestyles. She has trained over 170 health and wellness professionals to facilitate Am I Hungry?® Workshops worldwide.
